B4 or C3 fuel

Do you guys think the C3 fuel is going to be a possibility as an engine mod for the next expansion?

There is a thread in ww2aircraft.net discussing about it.

 

If I understood correctly it would be that the earlier DB 605 had to use C3 fuel in order to use the MW 50 system for safety reasons, with the higher octane fuel the engine could withstand the increased manifold pressures.

Later on in the end of 1944/early 1945 the new DB 605D could use both B4 and C3 fuels with MW50, although C3 was recommended. If operating with MW50 at 1.8 ata with B4 and the MW 50 happens to run out or the system to fail, the engine would detonate.

 

So I guess the G-14 would only have C3 and the K-4 the choice to use both C3 or B4.
