Anyone play Siege?

Looking for some people to roll a premade with.

 

Casual for warm-up but mainly ranked and league play.

I'd be interested. I'm on EST time, what times do you usually play?

I'm CST, so eastern works fine.

 

Evenings around 6pm'ish. Weekends the same.

The closer to 5 a premade gets the better.

 

Curious, how's your map knowledge?

 

Do you main a specific attacker/defender?

Map knowledge is 100% on point with the exception of the latest (amusement park) which I would say is around 60%.

 

I use Valkyrie for defense and Sledge for attack although I do play with other characters based on what the other team is doing.

 

Do you have any favorites?

I'll whore Ash if defenders are spawn peeking a lot.

 

IQ if it's bomb and we run the risk of not finding it during drone phase.

 

If they are roamer heavy I'll go Jackal and hunt them.

 

Defense is easy, Kapkan or Rook. (even if i potato hard in the first 45 secs and get a bad peek and go down, at least with Rook I contributed to everyone else having a edge in a fight.)

I tend to play a lot of anchor on site, which can lead to me getting the lovely "its 3v1, clutch this for us!" But if nobody rolls Thermite or Thatcher I'll take those as they are must haves.

 

My map knowledge is good for the vanilla maps, I'm terribad on amusement park, the japanese one and of course the new map in Operation White Noise 'Tower'.

 

Have you seen the new ops for the update coming Dec 5?

The dokkabei phone call is going to be so fun to troll folks with. With 7.1 audio it'll be a "wall bang me here" fun fest.

 

Hibana is ok, shes a good backup if thermite dies early from a peek.

 

This weekend (I have a horrible week ahead) we'll do some casual, or load up a custom map on amusement park and do some map homework. (we can now set custom matches to 30min, plenty of time for folks to check angles, murder holes etc) Whats your take on silencers? Run em? The damage reduction is bad, but we're all aiming for head shots anyways so it shouldnt matter. But when Its a snap shot and I have to just mag dump coming out from a peek and I lose and he/she has 14HP left, I always think, if you took that damn thing off the barrel you'd have won that fight. But the reduced noise and the minimal white directional doodad are nice to have. For a while on test server they set it to silencers stop tracers, yea that was just a bit over the top.

I dont use silencers and definitely no lasers, they give away your presence.
