The Me 262 would certainly benefit because its 500 L external tank modification would extend its rather limited endurance.

Never seen a 262 equiped with external fuel tanks nor heared it being mentioned anywhere.

 

Depending on which source to go by full fuel should last in the 262 for 35 - 50 min.

It looks like the night fighters had the external tanks (for extended loitering), 

the daytime fighters wouldn't need them, and the ground attack planes would be carrying bombs.

Not just the drawing. Upgrades to fuel systems and droptanks are mentioned in the announcement.

Mistel - we had those in 46.

I used to hide them in hangers such so that when you bombed/ destroyed said structure - huge mushroom cloud.

 

I miss having that little trick.

Now I use a spawned He-111 with bombs in a similar way.
