Campaign episode 1 mission 1 error: "cannot open mission report"

Hello,

New player to IL2:BoS. Much impressed, after 30 years of PC-flightsimming!

 

Started campaign after some training flights.

Mission: il-2 Attack artiller, Full duration, Expert difficulty

 

Passed 1st waypoint, was confirmed

Arrived target area: was confirmed

Shot up the targets with bombs and guns, hit at least 3, maybe 4.

Return, to exit waypoint. But enroute: windows-text box says "cannot open mission report" or something like that.

Arrived over exit waypoint, but was not acknowledged.

Return to base & landed, but could not finish, only cancel mission. 

 

Any ideas?
