hobotango Posted November 25, 2017 Posted November 25, 2017 Alright so, I have bought the Campaign ( Blazing Stepped ) on my other account by mistake. ( account X ) Although since I had no registered game on that account, it made me buy it as a gift. I didn't understand but I thought it was because I originally bought the game on Steam so I went on with the purchase, thinking Il receive a key and that I could apply the key to Steam. ( Somehow I have two account on the website, one with Account X and one with Y, the account with the games registered is Account Y, and I bought the gift on Account X ) Only problem is, I cannot see the gift anywhere. I have the receipt, saying that the order was done and completed. But no game anywhere in the "Purchase" tab. The game is nowhere to be found. I have contacted customer service but they dont seem to do anything about it. I received one answer, yesterday early afternoon, and I haven't heard back from them since. Thats why Im taking to the forum right now. ( Detail of purchase :Step 1 : Went to : https://il2sturmovik.com/Step 2 : Clicked on : StoreStep 3 : Clicked on : CampaignsStep 4 : Clicked on : Add to Cart ( under Blazing Steppe )Step 4 : Clicked on : Cart ( under Blazing Steppe )Step5 : Impossible to buy for myself since I was using wrong account, so I clicked on : Buy as GiftStep 6 : Waited 15 MinutesStep 7 : Went to Profile and clicked on : Purchases. Step 8 : Nothing, so waited another hour and then contacted customer service)
ACG_Sash Posted December 3, 2017 Posted December 3, 2017 I have the same problem. Purchased the Blazing Steppes Campaign. Received a Receipt Notification. The charge appears on my Visa but unable to play the campaign or see it under my account profile - purchases. I submitted a ticket to Support but no response. Somewhat frustrating and I hope it is resolved soon.
