Bought BOS as a present, how do I send it?

Bought it and when I put the recipient e mail addresse to send the gift I get a message that the user is not registered in the forums.

Of course is not registered he doesnt have the game, doesnt even know I am buying him this gift.

 

So how do I send him the game?

Set an account up for him and tell him to reply to the email.
