SCG_motoadve Posted November 25, 2017 Author Posted November 25, 2017 Thanks, Ok did it and when I put the recipient e mail addresse to send the gift I get a message that the user is not registered in the forums. Of course is not registered he doesnt have the game. So how do I send him the game?

Because the account has to be e mail verified by the new member. So no surprise gift and a pain in the ass process, not smart at all. Never again will I buy anything BOX as a gift, and 777 you always want support and I am trying to support you guys, you just make it too complicated, I will not recommend buying as a gift to anyone. This should have taken 5 minutes not an hour!

There are a lot of very friendly and helpful people here, give it a few hours and I'm sure someone will set you up with a good answer.

This should have taken 5 minutes not an hour! Sorry, but we got sick of fraud so we had to make gift recipients have a BOS account so you can send a gift and we had to encrypt the keys. Don’t be pissed at us, be pissed at fraudsters. Our old system was much easier, but after losing thousands of dollars we had to change it. Fraud hurts everyone here. You won’t believe the lengths we’ve had to go to fight it or the lengths they’ve gone to hurt us. Please get some perspective. We announced this change in how gifting works long ago. Jason 1 2
