Bought game from wrong place?

I have BOS bought on Steam.

 

Just purchased BOM and Pre-order of Kuban from Il-2 Sturmovik in order to directly support the developers.

 

The get Steam key page says this: 

"IL-2 Sturmovik: Battle of Moscow

This key swap program only applies to IL-2 Sturmovik: Battle of Moscow keys purchased during the Early Access and Pre-Order periods prior to August 9, 2016.

We're sorry, but you can't transfer your license to Steam."

Doesnt say anything about Kuban - Can I play that from my Steam account?

So, does this means I can't have all my Il-2 products on Steam or is there a way around this?

The only alternative I see is get a refund from Il-2 and re-purchase from Steam... That not be the favoured solution for the developer...

Just lunch a game, and your BOM and BOK content should be available.

I think the way it works is that when you buy direct from 1C you don't get a key to add it to your Steam Library as well but when you buy one direct on pre-release they throw in a Steam Key as a bonus when the full game is released.  When BoK goes live you will get to add it to your Steam library but I am not sure what difference it will make as you can add non-steam games to Steam anyway.   I bought all my games direct from 1C but I have added BoS to Steam as a non-Steam game and can launch it from within Steam and once inside I have access to BoM & BoK content as well.  I only did it so squadmates could see I was in the game when they were in Steam but as it happens I usually just launch it direct.   I have never quite worked out the point of Steam.  The ability to see what game a friend is playing is the only useful thing I have seen.       Perhaps it makes things easier if you are using VR?
