Sorry old chap.  That is one of the few US traditions that has not crossed the Atlantic to dear old Blighty yet.   We have your Coca Cola version of Santa Claus and your Trick Or Treat has driven out 'Penny For The guy' on Guy Fawkes night  but no Thanksgiving yet.  I suppose it is too specific, like independence Day,  but that has not stopped us adopting Black Friday anyway over the last few years :-)
