Time limit on ingame recorder

I have been recording missions from my squad only to find it stopped half way. Is there a yimr limit or size limit

^{Not measured it but mine seems to stop at between 30 and 40 minutes - earlier if there's a lot of action going on. I have it set to begin when I start the engine, so quite often get a recording of not much happening on the way to the target and then have it stop as soon as things get interesting. Grrr!   . Think I'll have to change it so that recording begins when I fire the guns.}

Same here, it stops between 20 and 30 min. Usually I don't register the vanishing of the "rec"-sign, bad luck if you want to check an event afterwards. So if there is a technical reason to stop the recording, it would help to present a prominent hint on it on the screen, a warning sound, something like that.

Thanks for the confirmation. Looks like exactly the same ecperience. I may add a button on the stick to operate the recording in smaller segments

Its limited at 500mb. With the upgraded engine I think that limit is overdue though..
