Is possible to create a scripted campaign in the Mission Editor?

Greetings to all !

As say the title, is possible, or need another program?

Or just select "campaign" in the mission editor and have a scripted campaign to develop?

 

Well, the truth is that I need to add an image before the mission starts. I have already learned how to place an image when the mission starts. (Attached image of what I am looking to learn.)

Someone told me that this was possible only in the scripted campaign but not in a single mission.

 

I would greatly appreciate your help, since I am very motivated learning to create missions in the mission editor.
