How put image in the beginning in ME?

To give a better look to my missions, want to add image in the intro of the mission, but I can not achieve it.

I can put image when the mission start, but before I don´t find the way. 

Is it possible?

I think this is for scripted campaigns. Don't know if it's available for single missions.

Yeah, scripted campaigns only.

 

I would like to see the ability to do this is regular SP too!
