Problem to exit to game

 HI ​when I exit to game the game its Always run I switch in the right upper X but nothing happened

on the Windows games appar this ''Stopping background task.please wait'' but noting also after 10 minutes, and for exit to game I have to go in activity and stop the processor

 

Bye let me know I run a fresh installation of game
