il2 mod. 1943 flaps do not extend fully

but remain locked in the intermediate position, as shown by the indicator on the left wing.

The lever in the cockpit however moves to the fully extended position.

If you click and hold the "flap down" command, it will move the flaps to take-off position. If you just click on "flaps-down" quickly, it will extend to landing position.
