Some questions about Il2 non-steam and Flying Circus

First of all, Thank you Dev team for these amazing series. Love them. 

 

Sorry if it a stupid question, but if i buy IL2 ( Battle Of Kuban/Moscow) from ofic website, do i have to own Stalingrad before?

 

And i play RoF but will  the new Flying Circus be so called new version of RoF? And will the old owners of DLC ( on steam planes come by packs) get something ( idk Dicount or etc)?

My bet is that the new 'demo' will be a free base client that all these modules plug into (like DCS: World) - hopefully making the IL-2 games truly standalone on Steam.
