Of all the new planes, the P-38 is the one I'll probably fly most.

 

If it gets the full BOX attention to detail, it's going to be gorgeous!

Thanks for the link to his picture collection. I'd had this link years ago but forgotten it.

 

I really enjoyed reading and watching Jeff Ethell's work in documentaries. As I remember the story of his death, he stayed too long in the P-38 trying save the plane from as spin. His father, who'd been a Lightning pilot in WWII, watched the crash.
