Game wont run

I have installed the game and registered it but when i prees play nothing happens.  so frustrating

Having the same issue

I had a similar issue, but on an older installation recently updated.
I deleted the "startup.cfg" in the "<IL-2 dir>\data" folder.
The game made a new one, and after, it started up normally every time.
I don't know if it's related, but maybe worth a try?
