Can't seem to get any settings in my Nvidia Profile to work

Hello Guys,

 

as title says. I am playing around with my Nvidia graphics settings. However it seems that no settings that I enter and save will work ingame. No V-SYNC, no AA Clamp etc. IIRC this was working some weeks ago. I already reinstalled my graphics driver and reverted the profile without any effect.

I'm running the latest Nvidia driver 388.13. Does anyone have a clue what the reason for that might be?
