You have to buy a Campaign between Nov. 7 and 14 to qualify for the discount for the airplanes.

Those two aren´t collector planes. So of course you can´t get a discount for them since you only can buy them with the whole BoK package. 

HS-129 and Spitfire are collector planes but are also only available in the premium edition of BoK - no discount possible.

I guess I missed an opportunity when I bought the Blazing Steppe campaign yesterday.

 

I was gifted the base game by a friend in the recent sale.

I must say I'm really enjoying the experience so I decided to buy the campaign, however when the discount planes were presented I was at a loss as to which I might buy, having little to no knowledge of the difference between or what may have been a good investment.

 

The Blazing Steppe campaign is holding my interest a little more than the campaign that comes with the base game, it's the sense of progression that makes the difference and the whole seems to be well structured, so I consider the money well spent.

Oh well   lesson learnt (or learned, if you prefer).

I don't believe I'm missing anything, as said I was taken to the plane promo page where the prices were cut by 50%

I just missed the opportunity I believe.

The way they normally work is you get the 50% discount *at Time Of Purchase* so when they send you to the discounted plane page that is your *only* chance to get one.     It might be worth asking the sales team anyway as they do sometimes take pity on you.

After 5 email exchanges with support, we managed to establish that there is no promo code therefore...? Here's the email exchange (see below). Am I missing something?

Thanks but no worries, I bought the 190 last night at full price anyways. Glad to support the developers. Personally I think that it could have been communicated better but regardless, I'm happy with the job they're doing and I appreciate their efforts.

Awesome. I love flying the FW190... especially since the FM update earlier this year. They did a great job on it.
