of issues with that CE update Fall edition,  so much so I highly advise people not to install, it turned so much control off I had to jump through hoops to get stuff running back to normal again.

if you were like me and forced CE upgrade edition you no longer have control for Cmd line,

follow these instructions and this will fix the issue

First I assumed they barred old cmd off, in horror. It seems they are trying to imitate Apple's children-safeties, to make Windows more streamlined for the dumbest possible user.. but that's another topic.
