Error when trying to test mission = Object Undefined

I get the following error when attempting to load my latest mission in-game - no problem opening it in the editor.

Object Undefind

Luascripts\world objects\Blocks\Kuban_railroadstation00.text

Cause? Fix?

I wasn't messing with anything but the player flight waypoints before the last save.

Removed all the city blocks and it loads fine.

I did do a bunch of things before testing last time, and this was the first time I've tried to load it in a while.

I added a bunch of 'command damage' to some city blocks last session...I wonder if that had something to do with it...

I really need a fix to the original without deleting the cities if possible...any ideas?

I got that too. IIRC, it's the railway station building in Severskaya.

Cause...

Run integrity check on mission. Note how many blocks do not have scripts.

Creating a linked entity on these unscripted blocks will give the Object Undefined error when attempting to run the mission.

Fix...

You can deselect the linked entity. Thereby rendering your damage MCU mute, then manually create the damage within the blocks property. Or, you can delete the unscripted block. Grab the corresponding block out of the available ones (railroad station block, city block etc...) and use them as the linked entity which has the damage. Those will be recognized as a defined object.

Kuban is still a WIP. These unscripted blocks will eventually be corrected with final version.

~S~ Fellas,

I'm so happy that "the Calvary has arrived".

I have already gleaned a few important corrections from the forums, and also, will avoid many head scratching moments, thanks to your contributions.

You know the language that we Mission Builders speak is a rare bird, the fact that there is now a flock of us working towards common goals, is awesome.

See youse up there!

"Jupp" ~S~ :salute:
