Is IL2 working on a motion rig with Simtools??

Good evening,

 

I want to purchase IL2 BoS (and after Bom and BoK) but before that I want to be sure that I'll be able to use my 3DOF Reality P3 simulator and my VR headset with IL2

I have the V2 and none of the BOS-BOM-BOK sims will work with a simulator.   I contacted Simtool about this and they said nothing could be done.

The Oculus Rift CV1 works great with all 3 areas and the visuals are the best of any flight sim on the market.

Ah ... I though that with the Joystick plugins it would be possible but ok, I'll just enjoy it with the VR headset in this case, thank you for your reply

Thats a bummer. I might have considered getting one of these motion rig things at some point in the future, but if my favorite game does not work with it......

I could be wrong, but i think it has to do with the output API`s of the game and currently, i dont think there are any in terms of physics output.

 

Once that`s out, you`ll get all kinds of possibilities, like real gauges and certainly motion etc.

 

Also, i could have dreamt this, but I think the APIs for this are being worked on?
