P-40E and LA 5 / Steam purchase, i don't have them

I purchased P-40E and LA 5 but i can't find them.

They are already installed.

Could anyone help me, please ?

I never buy from Steam. All you are doing is giving some of 1Cs income to Steam for no gain.  In future buy direct from 1C and they can afford to make more things for us and your new aircraft is there to use instantly.

 

I believe Steam requires you to take the code they gave you when you paid and type it in somewhere in Steam before you get what you paid for.  If you have done that and you still do not have your aircraft then all I can suggest is that you ask Steam to validate your install to make sure what you have on your PC matches what they think you should have.

 

Go to steam and select 'Library' the right-click on your game and choose 'Properties' then 'Local Files' and there is an option to check the integrity of your files.

I suggest to check your profile on the Sturmovik Main Homepage (www.il2sturmovik.com). Just login and check your profile.

 

 

 

Your profile will show you different categories like shown above.

Select the category "Licence keys" and you will see all your

personal keys you obtained - very easy!

 

 

 

If it happens that you don't see your purchase, then you have to look up

for a product key on Steam and activate it below in this picture. Quite complicated, isn't it?

 

How can you avoid this in future? Get it done right away without any hassle? Yes, you're guessing right!
