Joystick, Throttle & Pedals suddenly not working!

Hey guys,

 

Just got the game finally. I mapped pitch yaw roll throttle etc  and everything was fine besides some stuttering. I was adjusting graphics options and re-entering the game a few times. Now I cannot use my throttle or joystick or pedals with BoS. This may or may not have happened directly after eventually plugging the power into my msff2 stick, I can't recall exactly. 

 

I've tried just about everything I can think of including reinstalling but nothing gives. Would really love to be able to actually fly plane, especially since i got the stuttering smoothed out. Please help!
