Petition Help Needed

A friend of mine, living in Ukraine, is in need of a kidney, and has to have dialysis 3 times a week. Every year the local authority refuse to confirm the funding for the next year with the result that the dialysis provider threatens to pull out leaving over a hundred patients to their fate.

I am bumping this up. The Minister for Health for Ukraine has been in touch, we do need to keep the pressure up, 64 people have signed so far which isn't very many. It doesn't cost you anything but a little time, so please consider making a difference by signing.
