Unfortunately I was too clever when I built that PC and used a mini Itx format factor, high end motherboards for that (now aging) CPU are hard to find, this is the second time I have had a motherboard failure due to corrosion, a hazardous side effect of living close to the ocean, but I am not complaining! (too much) .

If I sell my other parts it will make more economic sense at this time to upgrade to a newer spec platform than invest to rebuild what I have now, I think.
