Instant Action Practice Mission

Can anyone recommend a set up for an Instant Action practice mission / scenario? One that puts you straight into a dogfight with some ground targets etc.

 

I guess it could be a Quick mission, one of the Scripted Campaign missions, or even one from the Campaign. I haven't unlocked everything as I been waiting for the Updated Campaign. If there is a really good Instant action mission tucked away in the Campaign I will enjoy the effort to unlock it.

I know you can easily create a quick mission I just wondered in anyone had a favourite setup? ie, map, location, time of day, plane, mission type etc. which gave a great in your face Instant Action experience.

Perfect, Cheers for this loaded them up last night, great when your day only gives you an hour of flight time   

The current campaign is pretty good for giving a quick thrill, sometimes there's a bit of a quiet mission thrown in, but you're pretty much guaranteed action from an intercept mission, or a 110 ground attack as another example.

 

Alternatively my preferred QMB set up is co-alt, head on approach, maybe 4000m altitude, 2000m apart, 4 vs 4, give each side the same weight of fuel, random AI. You can select any aircraft but Emils vs Ratas is always good for a giggle, or YAk1bs vs Fw190s...

 

The 110 never fails to bring a huge grin across my face, cheers for the QMB i'll give it a go.

I generally set starting distance at the maximum 10,000m.

 

Anything less than that doesn’t give me time to set all instruments to combat conditions.
