AI flying without pilots and rear gunner

Helllo All,

 

I have made a couple hundre mission and a small percentage end up without pilots in the enemy AI. This is not a map specefic occurrence, however I have noticed that the " bridges " do not appear in some of these missions, no matter what I do.

Any suggestions on the pilotless issue.
