I think, without knowing what Jason said exactly, that no selling of merch that is covered under the 1C 777 brand. Which the IL2 (id need to consulate a copyright attorney for clarification) is it's military designation, hence its public domain, while Sturmovik could very well be someones IP. And this is all predicated on that fact that IP law is roughly the same in Russia as in the US etc. (unsure of IP statutes in Russia)
