Traffic Limit Request

Devs can you please implement a way for the game to automatically set the upload/download settings. I ask this because my speed changes all of the time and it is a real pain to keep changing it myself. I might be wrong but it seems like it would be a simple bit of code to write, I know there are many things you guys are working on but little stuff like this needs to be started to be fixed instead of just the milestones.
