Regarding the "Report Post" feature

Hey all

When you have a problem in a thread we always advise you to report it so we can act on it. Many of you have done so. It's the best way to bring problem posts or posters to our attention and avoids unhelpful squabbles on the forum.

 

However, until just recently, we've been faithfully replying to the reports, totally unaware that you cannot actually see our replies!

 

This explains a lot - probably on both sides.

 

 

Anyway, if you're wondering why we have seemingly ignored your report, trust us, we've really responded to every single one since day one - just all for nought. In future I guess we'll reply via PM.

 

Please do keep using the report feature though. It's quick, easy to use, and can be seen by all moderators.
