Multiplayer mode don't work

Hello everyone,

In EAF we have some pilots with the same problem, I am one of them.

We are able to start the game, but everytime we click on a server, some times we enter on it for few seconds then CONNECTION LOST ERROR #100009, or the game come back to the game menu during the map dowload screen.

We are frustrating about, we tried every suggestion founded in this forum or on others, but nothing solve the problem.

All we have Vodafone provider, 2 with VDSL fiber 50Mb DL 10Mb UL,  and one ADSL 7mb DL and 1Mb UL.

 

I open a ticket with the support, but I'd like to know if there is someone in the community with the same problem.
