I get you man, but I think we need to respect the devs' decision to get all the rest of the BoK pieces in order for one big December update. And during "the big crunch" we'll have to be patient and supportive :)

The P-39 has been the aircraft I'm looking forward to the most (and also the aircraft where I'm least sure what to expect) and I feel like a kid already hyped for Xmas and it's still only September.

In the meantime, there are plenty of aircraft to explore, to learn, and to master.

On another note - first person ever to suffer withdrawals from something not yet experienced.

I am just looking forward to learning how to operate the tricycle landing gear equipped aircraft! I sense many crash landings in December aha

This happens because the new stuff wears out quickly , since the Single Player and multiplayer are lacking.

Great planes, scenery, FM, flight damage, weather but the soul is not there in single player, and multiplayer not as interesting .

So the excitement is to get new stuff to try out, then again wears out.

We need better AI, better Campaigns (I know they are working on that one) and more immersive Multiplayer.

Then we will spend more time playing instead of wishing for new stuff.

This is what is needed for the longevity of the game.

Finally getting a laptop on the truck with me has cured my witdrawl systoms.

Ahh I know what you guys are talking about. We've been a bit spoiled with a constant selection of new content immediately coming down the pipeline. I'm sure when the new aircraft and new features do drop it'll be worth it.

In the meantime I recommend picking up a new scripted campaign to play. We've got enough now that I'm sure you guys haven't played them all! :)https://forum.il2sturmovik.com/forum/111-scripted-campaigns/

Or, its not necessarily a bad thing to take a break. Play something else. When you come back you'll appreciate what this sim is all the more.

Well,

I have still so many things to learn in this sim that I even sometimes am thankful for not getting any stuff sooner than I should - I would easily become overwhelmed and uninstall it again :-) to run away from addiction symptoms :-)))

The Cobra is hugly as a Hell, but heck, I am willing to try it...

The A-20, that's a different story - will use it mainly to train engine out scenarios... preferably not induced by any punching from F$ck Wolves...
