Bug Report: He 111 H-6 (AI only)

Description of bug:

He 111's sometimes ignore waypoint speed and deviates off course slowly.

- hit shift+f2 to view any one of the planes.

- set time compression to x8

- observe 1 or more planes slowing down

- set camera on one of those planes, please be patient

- observe the elevators and gradual back pressure on their stick...

- eventually full back pressure is achieved...

- plane then deploys flaps and speed is further decreased and altitude lost...
