Is the  Terrain.cfg change still working ?

 

and what are the best settings for it  ?  (high end pc)  so maximum values.

I think it still works I use one, I could test to make sure

 

Edit: I tried using some crazy values I didn't notice a change so I guess it really doesn't work no more however the terrain looks ok to me (doesn't need the tweaking it needed before)
