Il2 Website not working on my Comp..HELP!!! :)

Ok here is my story . The other day i tried to log into IL2's Website in order to buy BOK. Being a mixed up sort of person sometimes i realized to late that my keyboard had changed from German to English so i typed in my password a few times wrong. SUDDENLY i could not go onto the IL2 website anymore. I would go into google and click the link but then it would always say TIMED OUT.  Have i been blocked or something or is this a DNS or ping thing, because every other website works but not this one. I know it works because i am writing this on a friends computer in their house. Please help i would really like to buy BOK.
