Urra Posted September 20, 2017 Posted September 20, 2017 Is there any way to increase the anisotropic filtering value in game manually beyond what we are provided by default? Currently if you belly-land or fly low over train tracks for example the tracks can't be seen very far. At most they are clearly tracks 100-200 m from the aircraft and after that turn into blurry mess. This is even at the games highest setting for roads and train tracks.
=IL2AU=chappyj Posted September 20, 2017 Posted September 20, 2017 You actually need to change your terrain.cfg Search this and you will find a how to. Basically the cfg file dictates the res of the terrain tiles at different ranges
Praetor Posted September 20, 2017 Posted September 20, 2017 Yeah, rail is far too difficult to see. Playing on TAW and using it to navigate is brutal.
