My account is locked!

Hello,

 

When I'm in the TAW server with the nick LF-isaac, I can play, but if I want play with the same nick that I have in this page (LF_Isaac), the TAW server show me a message (account is locked!).

 

Somebody know what can i do?

Curious.......... could the changes in your online account name be the problem?

Yes, I changed the account name in il-2 page, becouse my squad is LF_ and not LF-, but when I change the name in my il-2 account LF-isaac to LF_Isaac I can't play in TAW server.

Go to the main IL-2 site (click on IL-2 Sturmovik on top of page) and contact support. This forum cannot help you.

Why would IL2 Support help him?

He needs to contact TAW Admins (some random players in germany) nothing to do with game devs.

Login into your account on TAW page then click Pilot profile (top-right corner) and change your pilot's name.

 

Names on TAW and Il2 forum must be identical.

please check my case - I do have the same name on IL2 and TAW - still locked.

 

I changed my name from Therion to EAF_T_Therion because I recently was

appointed to a squad (EAF). I didn't change my name for cheating purpose.

You have registered two accounts for one side:

 - Therion (active)

 - EAF_T_Therion (locked)

 

Log in and edit pilots name on the active account. Remember that there can't be two accounts with the same name, so firs you have to change the name of the locked one.

my problem is a little more severe, I have one account that is "locked" and with the same login info another account that is unlocked.
For some reason any attempt to change my old account email and username has no effect, meaning that, when I join the server, my

accounts are always getting recombined.

 

what can I do?
