Frequent_Flyer Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 I searched and could not find anythig. Where can I find the " code " ie. for line breaks etc. Thanks
Jade_Monkey Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 It's regular HTML code. Just don't put any "enters", use <br> instead. If you put an enter, anything after that won't show up in the briefing.

Habu Posted September 18, 2017 Posted September 18, 2017 Anyone know if someone build a tool to writte a briefing, because, for me it's the part i hate in the editor.
No601_Prangster Posted September 18, 2017 Posted September 18, 2017 I suppose if you had an infinite number of monkeys that might help. 1
Thad Posted September 18, 2017 Posted September 18, 2017 Anyone know if someone build a tool to writte a briefing, because, for me it's the part i hate in the editor. I know of no tool but I re-use my own briefings as a template for future mission briefings. Obviously, one has to update the mission details but if the mission briefing outline is standardized it saves time.
JimTM Posted September 18, 2017 Posted September 18, 2017 Anyone know if someone build a tool to writte a briefing, because, for me it's the part i hate in the editor. Here's one way to ease the burden: 1. Write your briefing here. Insert a blank line between paragraphs, in addition to the space automatically provided by the editor. This is required because the mission editor doesn't provide a blank line in response to paragraph tags. 2. Click the "Convert button". 3. Copy the resulting HTML and paste it here. 4. Set options as follows: - Convert line breaks to: None - Convert paragraphs to: No paragraph 5. Click the "Remove Line Breaks" button. 6. Copy the resulting HTML and paste it into the "Description" box in your Mission Properties dialog. 1 2
