DetCord12B Posted September 14, 2017 Posted September 14, 2017 Here they are for anyone that's interested. Some of these are a bit difficult to obtain ever since the demise of the Simmers Paint Shop, unless you made backups. I'm still going through my fonts here but given that I have over a 1000 installed it might take awhile to get to them all. Still, here are some of the more important ones. DOWNLOAD 6 8 8

xvii-Dietrich Posted September 14, 2017 Posted September 14, 2017 An excellent resource. Thanks for posting it. Really, really useful!!!
DetCord12B Posted September 23, 2017 Author Posted September 23, 2017 No worries gents. If you guys have any that I haven't listed thus far, let me know.
1CGS LukeFF Posted July 31, 2018 1CGS Posted July 31, 2018 "DIN 1451 Mittelschrift" is also a good and highly accurate Luftwaffe font. If I had to guess, this is the font 1CGS uses for their German cockpit lettering. It's an easy find and download with a websearch. 1
=TF=bintynz Posted February 11, 2021 Posted February 11, 2021 (edited) Hi all, Has anyone managed to make these work in GIMP? I haven't been able to. I'm trying to use the RAF ones to label a Tempest and they just keep showing in sans-serif instead. Also got some from a l8er website and they're not working either. Might be something I'm doing??!! If anyone has any tips on what to use in GIMP I'd appreciate it. Edit - Someone figured out for me that the capital letters are actually assigned to lower case keys; real intuitive : ) I'm away laughing now! Edited February 11, 2021 by bintynz
GenMarkof007 Posted February 17, 2021 Posted February 17, 2021 S! Great Work DetCord12b... This will really help creating real lettering skins. I'm trying to find the same for Russian lettering... those writings on tanks and planes are not easy (fonts) to find? Cheers mate, GenMarkof
