Jettison weapons missing and wanted

as can be seen on this tread many have professed their opinion that indeed, there is a great lack of the ability to jettison our weapons payload in the (likely) event of an emergency.

this is particularly obvious in the airplane to which the series is named after, the might Shturmovik, which indeed had a big fat lever, visible on the rear right side of the cockpit (the one with the round drum-like base) to do just that.

many other planes should have this capability, bombers especially - and most critically too, since those are the types most likely to get jumped and find themselves in a desperate need to lose weight fast all of a sudden

also, although bombs can be untriggered, and let go all at once, this is a multi-step process. whereas pulling the lever on the il2 should rapidly dump everything in one single action by the pilot.

with rockets aboard, this process becomes all the more cumbersome, as there is no possible means to safely discard rockets without firing them armed, nor there is a way to drop them all together.

the result is that for a fully laden il2, it will take several actions, and several critical moments, to fully jettison a payload which the real aircraft would have been able to release in one single pull of a lever.  often this can be the difference between life and death, especially when rockets are loaded, and cannot be dropped without advertising one's position with a telltale plume of white smoke (which must be released in two live 4-round salvos)

to make it more clear, let us review the worst-case-scenario (yet very common) sequence of events that follows when a fully laden il2 (6 bombs and 8 rockets) gets surprised by an attacker:

gets jumps - need to dump stores, quick!

 - step 1:  disarm bombs (unrealistically optional - rockets, never mind)

 - step 2:  select next bomb mode "pair"

 - step 3:  select next bomb mode "four" (there is no drop-all for the il2)

 - step 4:  push the bomb release button (two remain)

 - step 5:  push the bomb release button again

 - step 6:  select next rocket mode "pair"

 - step 7:  select next rocket mode "four"

 - step 8:  fire a live salvo of four rockets (four remain)

 - step 9:  fire a second live four-rocket salvo (hopefully not against anything friendly)

whereas in reality, this process would have been:

gets jumps - need to dump stores, quick!

 - step 1:  pull jettison lever.

When I fly an airccraft that are loaded as a Christmas tree it would be really nice to be able to use those emergency jettison handles when available
