Skins corrupted?

Hi all,

 

I have come across a strange issue with some Stuka Skins.

 

Basically, it seems some of them that I created won't show, but not ALL of them, and they had all worked at some stage.

 

So, I am getting this for one version of a skin:

 

 

Then this (same skin - but it has different squad numbers):

 

Even when I have tried re-doing the skins and renaming them I get the same result.

 

None of the other skins for any other aircraft have the same issues, and none of the skins for the Stuka that I have downloaded from other creators have the same issue.

 

Help me Obi Wan Kenobi (please).

Hi beepee,

 

-Check that the mode is in BC3 / DXT5 mode.
(it is possible that the mode changes, especially when exporting several skins)
-Make sure you have added the mask before exporting to .dds
(I think the underlying comes from that).

It is easy to forget the mask.

I double checked everything and it is still the problem.

 

I guess I will do them again (in 4K this time) and see what happens.

 

It is very strange though because all 30odd skins used to work just fine.

May be an alpha channel problem ?
