We Need Lifejackets

So, the Kuban map is great, and flying over the water is a nice change.

 

But, at the moment, none of the aircrew have lifejackets, and will die the second they hit the water.

 

I would imagine that this has lead to many a streak on WoL being ended prematurely, and it would probably result in the majority of careers in the new career mode coming to an abrupt halt.

 

So, lifejackets would be appreciated

No life jackets for most Army pilots.

If we issue the pilots life jackets, it will diminish their fighting spirit. They will be all too eager to save themselves rather than fight the good fight.

 

@Cybermat; I was there last night when you discovered this, getting ready to bail. I was like "Oh! Note to self!" and I ditched instead.

maybe there is a random factor built in..  

 

still have to check on this, so far:

 

any forest + bailout = death, 4/4 for me...
