Etc is really unhelpful to anyone browsing, less likely for you to find an answer, and terrible for future searching. On topic... I cant see them adding any 'Custom' settings for any mode that tracks a sortie 'score'. 6

kendo Posted September 1, 2017 Posted September 1, 2017 (edited) Yes, I believe Jason said it will allow custom difficulty settings - think it was a question in one of the online discussion sessions. Being limited to only 'Expert' or 'Normal' was one of the most unfortunate consequences of basing so much of the early game around unlocks. But the whole scoring/points system as we know it now will be junked. Unlocks are already done away with, so there is no reason whatsoever to track scores in that way. The new career mode will have some way of measuring pilot performance for awarding promotion within the squadron/awards, etc, but I expect it will be a very different and more natural (and internal) part of the programming. That is we, the user/pilot, won't see 'points' or 'scores'. Basically, think Rise of Flight with added extras. Edited September 1, 2017 by kendo
