Changing Squadtags does not change anything ingame

Hello,

 

I have changed my squadtag from 1CAG_ to 2./JG51_ on August 28th. Since then I have reaffirmed the change 3 times.

 

It does not transfer to a change ingame. Ingame my nickname is still 1CAG_Fenris_Wolf. On all servers. How can I get this corrected?

And on the forums, it has updated since August 28th. But ingame not. Ingame, the name (squadtag) does not update.

It is not in read only, nor has it been.

 

By the way, the startup only stores the e-mail and the password.

What I found out:

 

The ingame username will not update under following condition: The user is logged into the game, while changing his name in https://il2sturmovik.com/account/

that should be pretty obvious. it's synching your data on login, how is it supposed to know you changed your name if you're already in game?
