Maybe he'd fall in German hands right away, maybe he's get caught in the crossfire, maybe he'd be captured by the 13th Guards Rifle Division (regular infantry, not NKVD), get a beating for bombing them then be sent to a POW camp. Either way, even in the best of occasions where he returns, as a Stuka pilot he'd probably just live to die another mission.
InProgress Posted August 31, 2017 Author Posted August 31, 2017 Actually reading huge book about Stalingrad he would be killed in early war for sure, but later they would capture him and interrogate since they really needed to capture and get lots of informations
