Download did not finish

Hi all

On the 29th of August when I started the Stalingrad launcher It started to load

the Battle of Kuban. Halfway through there was a powerbump and when I restarted

there was no icon for Kuban and the launcher said play. Also no download file in

my download files. Can somebody tell me how to get another download. I have

sent this to support but they keep sending emails back for more information.

thanks for the help. I guess I should say I need to download update 2.012 again.

If you already have BoS and/or BoM, you won't need a separate download for BoK: it is all incorporated in the same application, and buying BoK just releases new content. If you've bought BoK, there should be a 'Battle of Kuban' logo in the top right corner of the main menu, and the Kuban maps, along with the Kuban aircraft released so far, will be available in the 'quick mission' options.

Yes I 've had the nameplate there since i preordered Kuban but lo and behold, both the stalingrad and moscow launchers

started working and downloaded the 2.o12 update. So i'm back on my horse again.
