BOS Badge

Hi folks

 

As passionate IL2 BoX fan it's a pain for me to not have the BOS Badge in my forum profile. I first discovered BOS on steam until I learned that the dev's earn more when I buy directly from the website. So I switched quickly.

 

Is there any way to get that shiny BOS badge? 

 

I know first world nerd problems... but... I... need... it

Those were only for pre-order.

 

You can do it like many players - put the picture of the BoS ribbon into your signature

I personally would like to see a bronze bar added for those who bought a title after release. Sometimes it's just convenient to be able to see, which titles a forum member owns, when they ask questions like "what's the best plane to start learning" etc.

 

A gold bar doesn't make anyone a more valuable member of the community or make their opinions matter more, so I don't see why they are so coveted in the first place.

I agree it made it easier in the beginning to tell when someone is really having an issue or just venting about some perceived complaint when BoS was new. But honestly, I think those of us who preordered on faith more than anything deserve just a touch of recognition. I also agree it doesn't make me special, a more valuable member and it sure as hell hasn't helped me in the ladies department. Sadly.
