Data processing in game,gears, speed, temperature, alt etc.

Hi there, i got one question, where i can find information in game files, about speed, temperatures, alt etc. I need that for send that inforamtions

through USB, then to microcontroller (atmega32u4), and then to LCD display. Its at all possible or not, 'cause i find some programs to that type of data processing, but these programs working with FSX.

 

Do you have any sugestions how i can take out infromations of game, and then send to microcontoller ?
