Hello fellow pilots,

For those of you who have or have used a Freesync enabled monitor with il2 box, have you had to do anything special to get it working in game?  I am new to the Freesync world (finally updated my graphics card to one that is compatible with my Freesync monitor and I cant seem to get it working in game, hopefully I am missing some setting.

It does seem to be working in the game menu, I can see my FPS capped at 75fps (my monitors Freesync range is 55-75hz)  but when I actually load up and start flying, it seems to not work as my fps shoots up to 80-130fps and I get lots of tearing.

Any advice is welcome, thanks very much for taking a read.

Freesync seems to work better in BoX when you have fullscreen set to off.

If you are often getting over 75fps I would make sure to frame limit your monitor to 75hz in your video card's control panel. I believe you do not want to get more than the max refresh rate that is out of freesync's range as the problems will start occuring above that threshold, not just below it.
